She started her content creation journey while studying at USC and turned it into her full time job post-grad. She is passionate about helping creators start their micro-influencing journey and is the creator of Micro-Influencing 101, a course to teach aspiring creators the ins and outs of the industry and what she wishes she knew when she started.
Jasmina Banda currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Chalhoub Group. She oversees the Intelligence, Strategy and Growth (ISG) business unit where she is responsible for trends scouting and opportunity identification, luxury fashion market intelligence, business advisory and much more. Jasmina has 17+ years of experience working across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia, and prior to joining Chalhoub previously held positions in management consulting, reaching the level of Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company.
Ava Moon is a Gen-Z Fashion Content Creator and full-time college senior at the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Advertising & Digital Marketing. She has worked with brands in the fashion and food industry such as LTK, Fabletics, Nailboo, Trina Turk, Hunter, Dunkin' and over 60 small businesses, and has served on the Marketing board of her sorority, Chi Omega
Kevin Warren is Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Marketing Officer at UPS. As a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, Kevin is responsible for U.S. and International Marketing, The UPS Store, Digital Access Program (DAP), Revenue Enablement, Business Planning, Forecasting & Pricing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Brand Relevancy. His highly developed perspective on data-centric business and non-traditional engagement channels is driving change at UPS and setting new standards in digitally enabled customer experience.
Chris Black is the founder of Done to Death Projects, consulting for the likes of J. Crew, Balenciaga, New Balance, Ralph Lauren and many more. Also a partner of brand consultancy Public Announcement, as a writer he has contributed to Vanity Fair, GQ, New York Magazine, Vogue, High Snobiety and 032c, and hosts How Long Gone with Jason Stewart: a bicoastal elite podcast of conversations with the most influential figures in American lifestyle. Chris lives in Los Angeles and New York City.
Pierre A. M’Pelé, known as Pam Boy on social media, is a Paris-born magazine editor that has developed into a trusted and authoritative voice thanks to his informed and opinionated articles, interviews, and ingenious Emoji reviews. He's Head of Editorial Content at GQ France since November 2021, and worked previously in various fashion media such as Odda, Dansk... In 2019 he launched a publication, SCRNSHT, composed of real screenshots, gathering digital conversations with fashion heavyweights such as Marc Jacobs and James Scully, into a physical object and in 2020, M’Pelé released The Fashion Podcast as an independent side project. He is a judge on several fashion competitions including the 2021 ANDAM Awards and the 2021 British Fashion Council/GQ Menswear Fund. M’Pelé is a graduate of Central Saint Martins, where he obtained a BA in Fashion Journalism.
Over the past twenty years, Steve Brown has been working in the fashion industry for numerous international fashion brands, building Collections and managing Global Vendor Bases for the likes of DKNY, Calvin Klein and Denham spanning across Product Development, Buying and Merchandising functions. He shares his experiences and learnings of the industry through multiple industry events, giving presentations and workshops, and has given TED talks to global audiences on the future of fashion.
Beka Gvishiani, the brain behind the well known Instagram account “STYLE NOT COM”, started his career in the Georgian fashion industry as a general manager of the brand “ANOUKI” at the age of 22. He went on to establish creative agency “ARIAL BOLD”, and in April 2021 was announced as a member of Forbes “30 under 30” list in Georgia. Well known for his fashion knowledge, expertise and opinion, Beka has also been involved with art-direction and design, leading the art-direction for Vogue in collaboration with Vogue CS and Vogue Ukraine.
Leslie Russo is the President of IMG Fashion Events and Properties, a subsidiary of Endeavor. Focused on securing and developing new and expanded commercial partners, branded content offerings and marketing activations for the IMG portfolio, including New York Fashion Week: The Shows and Australia Fashion Week, Russo also oversees the business and creative efforts of MADE. Additionally, Russo launched and oversees IMG FOCUS., a full-service creative and event production agency known for creating pioneering live experiences focused on the global fashion industry.
Dave has over 20 years’ experience in the retail and consumer goods industry, including 8 years in leadership roles in Amazon. Currently he is Business Development Director for Amazon Fashion Europe, responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives both internally and in collaboration with brand partners. Previously, he was Director of Amazon Business UK & Ireland (our B2B division, selling physical goods to corporate and government entities) and Chief of Staff to Doug Gurr. Prior to Amazon, Dave worked at John Lewis, LVMH and McKinsey & Company
A tenured revenue marketer, Elizabeth Azide is currently the Head of Marketing for the EMEA region at BigCommerce. Experienced in all facets of acquisition marketing, Elizabeth is known for bringing a collaborative, integrated approach to advancing objectives at global and regional levels.
Christopher Morency is a journalist and brand consultant, living in London. Today he works as Chief Brand Officer at new luxury group Vanguards, across brands including Nanushka, SUNNEI, and Aeron. Prior to joining Vanguards, Morency was the Editorial Director for youth culture title Highsnobiety as well as a brand consultant for brands including Gucci, Dunhill and Marni. Before that, he held roles at The Business of Fashion and Fantastic Magazine
Miah Sullivan joined HUGO BOSS in May 2021 as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Brand Communications with the specific mission of leading the team in a historic brand refresh. Before joining HUGO BOSS, Miah was the CMO of such global brands as Lanvin Group/St John and Furla, having previously held a number of leadership roles at Luxottica Group. She is originally from the US, and has lived and worked extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
Jessica Michault is an award-winning journalist, public speaker, and Fashion, Luxury, Beauty consultant. She is also the Deputy Editor of Harper's Bazaar Arabia and Harper's Bazaar Saudi. She has worked with brands such as Miu Miu, Boucheron, Mulberry, and the Puig group, and her articles have been published in The New York Times, Business of Fashion, The International Herald Tribune, and in multiple top-tier magazines - including numerous Vogue publications, GQ, ODDA, Antidote and Elite Traveler.
Joelle Diderich is Paris Bureau Chief at WWD, overseeing a team of correspondents covering luxury goods, retail and beauty. Joelle began her career as a financial journalist, joining Reuters in London in 1994. During the following 10 years, she lived and worked in Madrid, São Paulo, Brasília and Paris covering everything from general elections and forest fires to the 1999 Brazilian currency crisis. She fulfilled her long-held ambition to become a fashion journalist in 2000, when she started covering Paris Fashion Week for Reuters. She joined WWD in Paris as senior business news editor in 2010 and became Paris bureau chief in 2017. Reporting on companies ranging from H&M to Hermès, she enjoys breaking news, writing in-depth profiles of designers and CEOs, and branching out into the paper's culture pages
Olivier Lagane has been working with companies to accelerate their digital transformation for the past fifteen years. After a decade in consulting, he is now Senior Director Business Value at Sprinklr in Europe, and helps large corporations with value generation through improving customer experience. Olivier is a graduate of HEC Paris.
Reesa Lake recently joined LTK (formerly rewardStyle and LIKEtoKNOW.it) as Head of Creator Expansion and Agency Partnerships. In this newly created role, Lake brings LTK’s economic opportunity to creators across new platforms, verticals, categories, and demographics. With a mission to deepen creators’ relationships with and success on LTK, Lake builds strategic partnerships with creators and their representation to further support their clients across all platforms.

Morin Oluwole is a luxury industry thought leader in digital transformation, media and innovation at Facebook in France. She was formerly Chief of Staff to the VP, Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook where she developed business strategies for global brand partners, and has been at Facebook for 15 years. Morin holds a BA and MA from Stanford University in Human Biology and Sociology and an MA in Management from Columbia University.
Ally Anderson has been with LTK for nearly nine years and is currently the Director, Strategy and Insights over Brand Partnerships. She was formerly the Director of Brand Partnerships for the Central region and oversaw growth of many brand enterprise accounts. She has over 12 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, brand partnerships and influencer marketing for enterprise retailers.
Marko Horvat is an industry expert in Beauty and Personal Care Investment Banking, and has over 12 years of experience advising clients on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and capital raising transactions across the Beauty and Personal Care industry. Before his position at Financo Raymond James, he previously worked at The Riverside Company - a leading middle market private equity firm. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
